Tax Credit extension

The Senate has passed the extension of the first time homebuyers $8000 tax credit and have added a $6500 credit for people who have owned a home for 5 of the last 8 years! It hasn't been signed into law yet but is expected by the end of the week. (Details to follow). This should re-fire the engines of the recent surge in home sales that fell off as soon as time had run out to get a loan closed by the end of this month. Good news for home buyers, sellers and the economy!
